Job Description

We're partnering with a well-known organisation undergoing an exciting digital transformation and are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of customer-facing digital initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own delivery from end to end, working across Product, Technology and Business teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently, predictably and with a strong focus on customer outcomes. 6 month contract working hybrid in Melbourne CBD.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital and omni-channel initiatives.
  • Keep teams focused on delivering outcomes, not just activity.
  • Remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and keep delivery on track.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Tech Leads and stakeholders to shape practical, customer-focused solutions.
  • Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to continuously improve delivery practices.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies that create momentum, alignment and accountability.
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has proven experience as a Delivery Lead within a retail environment, delivering digital, eCommerce or omni-channel initiatives.
  • Is a proactive, hands-on leader who leads from the front.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and enjoys building high-performing teams.
  • Cuts through complexity and focuses on delivering outcomes.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of digital or technology projects within the retail sector.
  • Strong Agile delivery experience, combining Delivery Lead, Scrum Master and Project Management responsibilities.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing digital, eCommerce or omni-channel programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Product, Technology and Business teams.
  • Exposure to AWS and DevOps environments is highly regarded.
