Title: Senior Technical Project Manager (Data Engineering & AI)

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering, cloud, and AI-related projects.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data engineers, architects, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate requirements gathering, project planning, and status reporting.
Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution.
Support AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Ensure compliance with SDLC, governance, security, and organizational standards.
Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Technical Project Management experience in enterprise IT environments.
Active PMP certification (required).
Experience delivering data engineering, analytics, cloud, or enterprise platform projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
Working knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting AI/ML or digital transformation programs.
Healthcare industry experience, including familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or CCDA.
Knowledge of data governance, enterprise architecture, and compliance practices.
Additional certifications such as PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, TOGAF, or cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
