Job Title: Fusion Cloud P2P Functional Analyst

Work Location:San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
Work Arrangement:Hybrid – 3 days onsite at SFO

Position Overview

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Analyst with experience in workflows, approval configuration, Business Process Management (BPM), and reporting setup, particularly Oracle Fusion Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Oracle Fusion OTBI to support business operations effectively. The role involves developing reports, analyzing data, configuring dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the Oracle Fusion OTBI environment, including configuring and maintaining reports and dashboards.
  2. Develop and customize reports based on business requirements.
  3. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  5. Provide training and functional support to users on Oracle Fusion OTBI capabilities.
  6. Stay updated on Oracle Fusion OTBI enhancements and best practices to improve reporting effectiveness and system performance.
  7. Support Oracle Fusion workflows and approval configuration as required.
  8. Assist with BPM and reporting setup to support business process requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion OTBI tools and functionalities.
  2. Experience developing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion OTBI reports and dashboards.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  4. Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and explain technical information clearly.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot reporting issues and improve reporting performance.
  6. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud functional workflows and approval configuration.
  7. Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and reporting setup.

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
  • Familiarity with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement approval workflows.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and supporting functional reporting solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business users and technical teams.
