Fraud & Scam Monitoring Specialist

TPG Telecom Limited is seeking a Scam Monitoring Officer to identify fraud risks within the network, products and services. In collaboration with the Customer Security team, you will analyse data, monitor scam activity and make recommendations to protect customers and the business.

You will investigate scam calls, SMS campaigns and phishing URLs, block scam communications, and support continuous improvement of detection controls in a fast-paced environment.
