The Role • Operate, control, and monitor the manufacturing process according to production instructions. • Clean and sterilize components and packaging materials. • Ensure process safety by adhering to GMP and safety guidelines. • Collaborate within a team, taking responsibility for specific production areas. • Document manufacturing steps in accordance with SOPs. • Conduct hygiene monitoring and support preventative maintenance. • Participate in optimization projects for continuous improvement. What You'll Need • Completed apprenticeship as a Pharmaceutical Technician, Chemical Technician, Production Specialist Chemical, or equivalent. • Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry, ideally in a cleanroom environment. • Experience with aseptic manufacturing processes is a plus. • Willingness to train in plant engineering topics. • Basic IT skills (e.g., MS Office, SAP preferred). • High sense of personal responsibility and strong quality awareness. • Willingness to work in shifts. • Good German language skills (written and spoken).
