Ai Developer

The AI Developer 1 is an early career engineer responsible for contributing to the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
This role focuses on developing foundational technical skills by assisting with data preparation, feature engineering, model evaluation, and implementing algorithms using established frameworks.
The AI Developer 1 also develops, tests, and maintains ML models and AI driven features; writes clean, maintainable, and well documented code; collaborates with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers; debugs issues; and participates in code reviews.
Candidates typically have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, 0- 5 years of software development or AI/ML experience including exposure to agentic and generative AI systems strong Python proficiency, familiarity with data structures, algorithms, version control, and possess strong problem solving skills with an eagerness to learn.
