Job Description
We are seeking a contractor to support Enterprise Performance Management initiatives, with a primary focus on execution of the performance management cycle, insights generation, and ongoing process, technology, and data support.
What This Role Enables:
- Efficient, on-time execution: Performance management cycles delivered smoothly without over-reliance on manual effort or last-minute work.
- Deeper, more actionable insights: Dedicated capacity to analyze rating trends and provide meaningful takeaways—not just baseline reporting
- Progress on process and tech improvements: Ability to enhance tools, reporting, and data infrastructure while the cycle is underway
Tradeoffs if Not Approved
- Slower, more manual execution: Work still gets done, but with longer timelines, heavier lift, and more reactive coordination
- Reduced insight depth: Focus shifts to producing core outputs vs. analyzing trends and influencing decisions
- Delayed capability building: Limited progress on process improvements, stakeholder engagement, and longer-term process, tech, and data enhancements
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end execution of the enterprise performance management cycle, including coordination, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Analyze performance rating distributions and trends across business units, roles, and levels to generate actionable insights for HR and leadership
- Partner with HRBPs and COE teams to identify themes, risks, and opportunities in performance outcomes and calibration results
- Support performance management technology and tools (e.g., performance platforms, forms, reporting dashboards), including troubleshooting and optimization
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets to support decision-making and executive communications
- Assist in process improvements, documentation, and scaling of performance management practices
- Provide operational support for stakeholder inquiries, data requests, and cycle readiness activities
- Contribute to development of materials for leader communications, training, and enablement
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of analytical skills with experience interpreting HR or performance data and identifying trends
- Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, high-visibility environment
- Strong knowledge of attention to detail and process discipline
- Effective communication skills with ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide processes or annual cycles (e.g., performance management, talent reviews)
- Comfort working across cross-functional HR teams and engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels
