Senior Visitor Host: Front-of-House Lead for Exhibitions

Powerhouse Parramatta is seeking a Senior Visitor Host to lead front-of-house operations, greet guests warmly, and support Hosts to maintain high service standards at the museum.

You will coordinate shifts, act as first point of contact for guests and operations, help manage guest flow during exhibitions and events, and assist with coaching and onboarding of Hosts in a fast-paced, public environment.
