Remote, IT Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare Must - Only W2

Resource will work with the PM in the planning, directing, and coordination of activities related to the replacement of a large enterprise scale technology project.  Ensuring the business requirements of the project are captured leading to a successful transition.

The ideal candidate will have an engaging personality with the ability to communicate and engage all levels of the business and user community. The individual selected must be comfortable with technology, possess good analytical skills, and possess superior customer service skills. Individual must be a team player willing to do what is needed to get the job done. 

Required Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field.

•Business Analyst experience or in a related role

•Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

•Strong experience leading, facilitating and motivating teams for medium to large scale IT projects

•Strong understanding and experience working with stakeholders in achieving their goals

•Strong background in facilitating/ leading requirement gathering sessions

•Demonstrated experience in the creation of User Stories

•Ability to handle multiple tasks beyond the routine

•Ability to manage projects to successful conclusion.

•Demonstrated understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment.

•Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting of functional and basic technical components

•Prior healthcare industry experience

•Strong understanding of healthcare enterprise systems

•Ability to handle multiple tasks beyond the routine
