Must Haves: 

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with deep expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and hands-on experience developing, deploying, and optimizing AI applications and machine learning models.
• Proven ability to architect and scale distributed AI systems across cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and modern enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership experience driving large-scale AI transformation initiatives, establishing technical standards, governance frameworks, and ethical AI practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in system architecture, strategic technology planning, executive communication, mentoring technical teams, and guiding AI innovation initiatives.
