RF Test Engineer

We are seeking an RF Test Engineer to support RF testing of cellular, broadband, Wi-Fi, and network devices. This role will perform hands-on testing, develop test procedures, analyze results, and support new product validation and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has approximately 5 years of RF testing experience, strong knowledge of wireless technologies, and hands-on experience with RF test equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform RF, radiated, and parametric testing of cellular, Wi-Fi, broadband, and network devices.

• Develop, maintain, and execute test procedures based on product specifications and industry standards.

• Set up and operate RF test equipment, including supporting calibration and maintenance.

• Create test documentation, reports, test scripts, and automated testing procedures.

• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings to engineering and other teams.

• Support new product validation, verification, and production testing.

• Maintain accurate test records and ensure testing processes and quality requirements are followed.

• Support continuous improvement of RF testing methods and processes.

• Assist with training and knowledge sharing within the testing team.

• Follow all applicable quality and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 5 years of relevant RF testing or engineering experience.

• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment.

• Experience with 4G LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, or similar wireless technologies.

• Understanding of RF testing concepts and cellular frequency bands.

• Experience with validation/verification testing and test documentation.

• Basic test scripting or programming experience.
