About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Migration Specialist to support large-scale migrations to IBM Z Workload Scheduler (IZWS/IWS). This role requires deep expertise in batch scheduling conversion and enterprise mainframe environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead migration of scheduling workloads to IBM Z Workload Scheduler
• Analyze and convert scheduling definitions from legacy platforms
• Perform dependency analysis, schedule validation, and parallel tracking
• Monitor workload execution and resolve scheduling issues
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to operations teams
