Senior Network Engineer

The Hollister Group seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support secure, scalable network infrastructure for a dynamic, professional services environment. You will architect LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, and firewall solutions, optimize performance, and ensure high availability for internal and client-facing systems. Responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting complex issues, managing cloud and on-prem connectivity, supporting security initiatives, and leading network projects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, document standards, and drive continuous improvement in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, and firewall solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network performance and availability issues.
• Manage cloud and on-premises connectivity, including VPNs and inter-site routing.
• Implement and support network security controls in partnership with security teams.
• Lead network infrastructure projects from planning through execution and handoff.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and client initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide escalation support for critical incidents.
