Job Description

  • Proven experience in Windows laptop deployment using SCCM/MECM Task Sequences.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 imaging, image creation, device builds, and deployment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with end-user laptop deployment, device handover, replacement, and refresh activities.
  • Good understanding of IT asset management, chain-of-custody procedures, asset tracking, and deployment documentation.
  • Experience performing post-build validation, application checks, and functional testing.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and enterprise endpoint environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, wave-based Windows rollout and migration projects.
  • Ability to provide L0/L1 hypercare support and L2-level troubleshooting/triage during and after deployments.
