IT Project Manager (Web-Based Development) - Fully REMOTE

Role: Project Manager (Web-Based Development)
Type: 6-Month Contract
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: 3 Working Days/Week

We are seeking a highly motivated, remote-ready Project Manager with hands-on experience in Web-Based Development to lead small-to-medium scale projects from initiation to formal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Own the project lifecycle, ensuring on-schedule, within-budget delivery of web-based development projects.
• Planning & Tracking: Create realistic plans; estimate and monitor costs, timescales, and resource requirements; and take decisive corrective action if projects drift.
• Governance & Controls: Manage formal change control procedures and secure sign-offs from sponsors, design authorities, and project boards.
• Risk & Compliance: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in compliance with CITS processes.
• Team Leadership: Motivate the development team, support skill growth, and manage performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong business relationships and keep stakeholders updated with regular, accurate reports.
• Technical & Post-Project Review: Evaluate technical options, formally close projects, and capture lessons learned.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience managing Web-Based Development projects.
• Strong track record in end-to-end project management, budget control, and change management.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote, part-time (3 days/week) model.
