Merchandising Manager I (Hybrid role)

Seeking a Merchandising Manager I to manage in-store merchandising projects from concept through completion. This role will work closely with Marketing, Brand, PR, Education, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver retail displays and promotional projects on time and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage in-store merchandising, displays, fixtures, and promotional projects.
• Coordinate the 12-month store merchandising calendar and focus months.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and supplier coordination.
• Partner with Marketing and Brand teams on promotional initiatives.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier bids and manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain fixture documentation, store databases, and project records.
• Issue and manage purchase orders and reconcile invoices.
• Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and delivery requirements.

Required Skills

• Retail/Visual Merchandising experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Vendor/supplier management experience.
• Ability to read engineered drawings and die lines.
• Knowledge of retail fixtures, fabrication, vac forms, IM/Vac, or wall systems preferred.
• Beauty industry experience is a plus, but not required.
