The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Conduct a variety of services including maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on light vehicles.
• Manage vehicle stock, perform reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company professionally, embodying the brand with every customer interaction.
• Work independently, making sound judgments to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Adapt to a dynamic daily schedule with diverse tasks and challenges.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong interpersonal skills for excellent customer communication and representation.
