Agile Project Manager

Agile Project Manager - Chicago, IL - Contract - $38-48 per HR

Seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions using Agile methodologies. This onsite role in Chicago requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills. Candidates must be proficient in generic project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile frameworks.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous process improvement and Agile best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 years of project management experience, including 3 years managing Agile projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, principles, and practices.
• Experience managing software development or digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
