Lead Air Conditioning Engineer

A growing independent air conditioning specialist is seeking an experienced Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to take a key role within the business, carrying out installation, service, maintenance and commissioning work across both residential and commercial projects.

This is more than just a hands-on engineering role - you'll be a trusted senior engineer whose experience will help shape technical standards, influence business decisions and support the company's long-term growth.

You'll work on a wide range of split, multi-split, ducted, cassette and VRF/VRV systems, delivering a first-class service from installation through to fault finding and commissioning.

Requirements<br />Minimum 5 years' experience within the air conditioning industry.<br />Strong background in installation, service, maintenance and fault finding.<br />Experience working on Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Samsung and Haier equipment.<br />Confident installing and commissioning split, multi-split, cassette, ducted and VRF/VRV systems.<br />F-Gas Category 1 qualified.<br />Experience across both residential and commercial projects.<br />Excellent customer service and communication skills.<br />High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.<br />Full UK driving licence.
