Scrum Master with Banking Domain
Location: Raleigh, NC- Onsite

Solid Scrum Master. CSM must. Banking domain is a must

• Agile and Scrum expertise: Deep knowledge of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Coaching and facilitation: Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating team discussions and decision-making.
• Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and other parts of the organisation.
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with the SDLC, and often, specific technical or domain expertise is preferred, especially for senior roles.
