The Role

• Lead internal training sessions focused on opticianry and advanced technology.
• Provide expert opticianry advice and support to customers and colleagues.
• Conduct eye refractions and ensure standardized refraction processes within the team.
• Oversee the store's technical equipment and contribute technical expertise to store management.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in eye refraction and/or contact lens fitting.
• Hold a certified Master Optician qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delighting customers.
