Project Manager – Groundworks & RC Frame | Oxford | Immediate Start Our client is a well-established and highly regarded groundworks and reinforced concrete frame contractor, delivering major residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee a major scheme in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale groundworks and RC frame packages, working alongside an experienced site team on a long-term project. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.

The Role:

• Managing the delivery of groundworks and RC frame packages from commencement through to completion.
• Leading site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Managing client and consultant relationships, including regular progress meetings.
• Overseeing project programmes, procurement, logistics, and resource planning.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Identifying and resolving technical, commercial, and operational challenges.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering groundworks and RC frame projects.
• Must have a sub contractor background
• Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, foundations, and associated groundwork packages.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications. What's on Offer:
