We're partnering exclusively with an established luxury hospitality employer to recruit a People & Culture Manager to join their growing People team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and enjoys working within a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Supporting colleagues across the full employee lifecycle, you'll play an important role in helping to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR processes are delivered efficiently and professionally.

The Role

As People & Culture Manager, you'll provide day-to-day support across all aspects of the employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding through to engagement, development and HR administration.

Working closely with managers and colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure a positive employee experience while maintaining high standards of compliance, accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration and engagement.
  • Provide first-line support to managers and employees on People-related queries.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems.
  • Assist with colleague engagement initiatives, recognition programmes and wellbeing activities.
  • Support employee relations administration and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and HR best practice.
  • Develop positive relationships across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
  • Assist with People projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources or People & Culture position.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using HR systems would be advantageous.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
