Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CDP Solution Architect with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud and digital experience technologies.

The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable Adobe-based solutions, lead discovery and requirements workshops, define functional specifications, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver customer-centric digital experiences.

The role requires a strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, personalization, campaign optimization, workflow automation, and digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

Translate business and customer experience requirements into scalable Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
Design solutions incorporating Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketing Cloud, and Adobe Commerce/Magento.
Define solution approaches that align technology capabilities with business objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution designs are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Requirements & Discovery

Lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Develop detailed functional specifications and solution documentation.
Translate business needs into actionable technical and functional requirements.
Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities during solution discovery.

Digital Experience & Marketing

Support campaign optimization and personalization initiatives.
Design solutions supporting customer journey and digital experience objectives.
Recommend workflow automation opportunities.
Apply digital marketing best practices to Adobe-based solutions.
Support customer-centric experiences across digital channels.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, architects, and project managers.
Facilitate requirements walkthroughs and solution discussions.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders.
Support Agile project delivery and participate in relevant ceremonies.
Collaborate across teams to resolve functional and technical challenges.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience designing solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
Hands-on or strong architectural knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud.
Experience with Adobe Commerce / Magento Commerce.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into Adobe-based solutions.
Experience leading discovery and requirements workshops.
Strong experience creating functional specifications.
Knowledge of campaign optimization and personalization strategies.
Experience with workflow automation and digital marketing solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations.
Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Experience integrating Adobe solutions with enterprise applications and platforms.
Experience working with marketing, eCommerce, and customer experience teams.
Experience supporting large-scale digital experience programs.
Strong understanding of customer journey management and personalization.
