W2 Contract: Salesforce Administrator Health Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to support, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions for healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce administration, Health Cloud configuration, security, automation, reporting, and user support while working closely with business stakeholders to enhance healthcare workflows and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Configure and customize Health Cloud features including Care Plans, Care Teams, Patient Profiles, Assessments, Clinical Data Models, and healthcare workflows.
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security settings.
• Build and maintain Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Assignment Rules.

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Administration experience.
• Salesforce Health Cloud experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.
• Experience building Flows and declarative automation.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, and data management tools.
• Knowledge of Health Cloud data model and healthcare business processes.
