The Role • Responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the function of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical and operational aspects on-site, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations. • Advise and assist customers from order placement through to vehicle return, with a focus on customer service. • Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and process incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist. • Willingness to complete the required certification for operations management or already possess it. • A valid Class B driver's license and good German language skills. • Proficiency in PC usage and comfort with administrative tasks. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, with a focus on trust and collaboration.
