Job Title: Databricks Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: Long Term Contract
 
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Databricks Lead with strong hands-on experience in Databricks and Control-M. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, guide development and implementation efforts, and collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
 
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Databricks and the Databricks data engineering ecosystem.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Control-M for enterprise job scheduling and workflow management.
  • Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices.
 
Preferred Skills:
  • Banking or financial services industry experience.
  • Experience with CCAR (Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) reporting.
  • Experience with CECL (Current Expected Credit Loss) reporting.
  • Knowledge of financial risk, regulatory, and management reporting environments.
