Microbioz India is expanding and looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive business growth across the Pharma, Biotechnology, Laboratory, Diagnostics, Healthcare, and Medical Device sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and client meetings.
  • Promote advertising solutions across our digital platforms, e-magazines, print magazines, newsletters, webinars, whitepapers, and sponsored content.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners.
  • Identify sponsorship and branding opportunities for webinars, conferences, and industry events.
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Represent Microbioz India at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.


Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Advertising Sales, Media Sales, or Event Sponsorship Sales.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.


Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following industries will be an added advantage:
