The Role

• Independently operate linear accelerators (LINAC) to ensure smooth treatment delivery.
• Perform 4D simulations and utilize image-guided procedures for optimal treatment planning.
• Provide professional and empathetic support to patients throughout their therapy journey.
• Maintain high standards of technical precision and patient safety.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

What You'll Need

• Completed and state-recognized training as a Medical-Technical Radiology Assistant (MTR/MTRA) or equivalent qualification, including current radiation protection expertise.
• Ideally, prior practical experience in radiation therapy.
• Demonstrated empathy, friendliness, and respect when interacting with patients.
• Ability to maintain composure and a clear overview in challenging situations.
• Strong organizational, conscientious, and independent work ethic, as well as teamwork skills.
• Clear, appreciative communication and a high level of service orientation.
