The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives for over 1,300 employees across key distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to identify talent needs and implement a robust recruitment strategy.
• Lead and coach an HR team to build and support a high-performing distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with Distribution leaders to align HR processes with business objectives.
• Drive HR strategy to support the operational success of the distribution network.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory HR role.
• Prior recruitment experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
