EDP Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Energy Data Platform (EDP) Specialist to support enterprise data initiatives within the utilities sector. The ideal candidate will have expertise in validating, testing, and optimizing large-scale energy data platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance across complex integration landscapes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Energy Data Platforms (EDP), Data Warehousing, or Data Lake testing.
• Advanced SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with ETL and data pipeline tools including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Informatica, and Databricks.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Good understanding of data models, metadata, and data governance principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the Utilities or Energy domain.
• Knowledge of SAP IS-U, AMI, MDM, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
