Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Terraform Developer to join our team supporting Northern Trust in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• CI/CD pipeline development using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
• Scripting experience using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Experience with Git, Linux, and configuration management tools
• Monitoring and logging using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK
• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Financial Services/Banking experience
• Terraform Cloud/Enterprise experience
• Security and compliance automation
• Agile/Scrum environment
