Position: Product Manager

Location: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Banking, Financial Services, or Mortgage domains (experience in any one of these is mandatory). The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, gathering business requirements, and driving successful product delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• Banking OR Financial Services OR Mortgage domain experience is mandatory.

• Willing to work 4 days onsite in Kansas City, MO.

• Strong experience managing the complete Product Lifecycle.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research.

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.

• Convert business requirements into user stories and product features.

• Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales, and Business teams.

• Prioritize product backlog and manage feature releases.

• Plan and coordinate product releases and delivery timelines.

• Drive product development by making prioritization and scope decisions.

• Work closely with UX teams to improve customer experience.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches.

• Define KPIs and monitor product performance using analytics.

• Gather customer feedback and drive continuous product improvements.

• Manage product budgets, resources, and financial performance.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
