The Role

• Construct and erect overhead lines in the high and extra-high voltage range (110-380 kV).
• Perform maintenance and repair of German overhead line networks.
• Safely operate specialized machinery and equipment.
• Contribute to achieving climate protection goals and a successful energy transition.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a trade qualification (e.g., roofer, mason, carpenter, scaffolder, metalworker, electrician).
• Ability to work at heights, physical fitness, and proficiency in German.
• Open to career changers with manual dexterity, even without prior training.
• Possess a Class B driver's license and be willing to travel extensively (Monday-Friday) with overnight stays.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and as part of a team.
