About you Proven experience of delivering HR system implementations or service improvements, ideally within the public sector or education sector Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee full project lifecycles Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, capable of working across multiple teams and levels Knowledge of employment legislation relevant to HR processes and systems Leadership qualities with experience in team development and motivation Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for service enhancement What you'll do Lead and manage HR service improvement projects from scoping to stabilisation, ensuring successful delivery and measurable benefits Support the development and exploration of new HR and Payroll systems, assessing their suitability and aligning them with business needs Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge existing processes and implement innovative, digital solutions Facilitate working groups to ensure effective communication and project progression Monitor project performance and continuously seek opportunities for process enhancement and service excellence Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, HR policies and statutory requirements within projects Support and develop team members, promoting a high-performance culture For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
