Senior DevOps Engineer - SAP Converged Cloud

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HCM DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in SAP Converged Cloud, DevOps Automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Cloud Platform Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable, secure, and automated cloud infrastructure while driving CI/CD and GitOps best practices across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, implement, and support cloud infrastructure solutions within SAP Converged Cloud environments.

·       Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.

·       Build, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and DevOps automation tools.

·       Develop automation scripts using Python and Bash to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability.

·       Administer and support Linux (SUSE) environments, ensuring performance, security, and availability.

·       Implement and manage Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized application deployments.

·       Support GitOps practices using Argo CD for automated application delivery and configuration management.

·       Configure and manage secrets, credentials, and security controls using HashiCorp Vault.

·       Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to support multi-tenant cloud platforms.

·       Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud services, databases, and platform components.

·       Ensure compliance with security, operational, and infrastructure best practices.

Required Skills:

·       10+ years of DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation experience.

·       Strong expertise in SAP Converged Cloud.

·       Hands-on experience with GitLab, Terraform, and Ansible.

·       Advanced knowledge of Linux (SUSE) administration.

·       Proven experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines.

·       Strong scripting expertise in Python and Bash.

·       Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and container orchestration technologies.

·       Knowledge of HashiCorp Vault, Argo CD, and GitOps methodologies.

·       Experience with Cloud Computing, Hyperscaler Services, and Database Platforms.

·       Experience building, implementing, and supporting Multi-Tenant Solutions.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

·       Experience with large-scale enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.

·       Expertise in automation, platform engineering, and cloud-native architecture.

·       Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization skills.
