The Role • Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, ensuring efficient workflow management. • Lead and guide the team in a shared responsibility capacity. • Oversee all operational tasks within the sales floor and stock room. • Manage incoming goods, stock displays, and product expiry dates. • Replenish and ensure the freshness of produce and bakery items. • Handle cashier duties and support with inventory and cleaning tasks. What You'll Need • A strong work ethic and the drive to contribute positively to the team. • Completed vocational training in retail or relevant professional experience. • A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction. • A proactive approach to tasks, demonstrating diligence and enthusiasm. • Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and some leadership experience. • Good German language skills (B1 level or higher) for effective customer communication.
