The Role • Strategically plan and manage the entire tender process for projects within the Central region. • Develop and evaluate construction schedules using MS Project, aligning with regional standards. • Create and implement construction and logistics concepts in coordination with crane, transport, and assembly service providers. • Conduct cost and risk analyses during the bidding phase and derive negotiation strategies. • Present tender outcomes and analyses to internal stakeholders and management. • Perform site assessments for technical evaluation and liaise with clients and partners. • Actively participate in contract negotiations with clients, focusing on technical contract details. What You'll Need • Completed degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, or a comparable qualification. • Several years of professional experience in project management or project development, ideally within the wind energy sector. • Proficient knowledge of MS Project and Excel; experience with AutoCAD, GIS, and other Office tools is a plus. • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. • Proven experience working with international and interdisciplinary teams. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with high intercultural competence. • Willingness to travel within the Central region for business purposes.
