Are you a trainee 1st Line IT Support Engineer, IT Helpdesk or similar who wants to join a leading IT Managed Services Provider offering solutions throughout the UK?

Do you want to join a tight-knit company, leading in IT Managed Services in the UK who have been operating in the industry for over 30 years. They are known for their excellent service including IT support, hybrid cloud solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, Power Apps and AI.

On offer is the chance to work with expert colleagues on 1nd line IT helpdesk support. You will be working via phone, email, and a ticket management system ensuring smooth processes through the internal system and escalating requests through to 2nd line support.

The role

• Responding to IT support requests through the internal system
• Address and troubleshoot issues, raising requests through to 2nd line support
• Provide remote support to customers and resolve issues
• Monday - Friday

The Person

• IT support experience or a background working 1st line support
• Background in IT
• Commutable to Yateley, Camberley
