The Role

• Design and visualize custom kitchen concepts, incorporating customer style, functionality, and budget.
• Utilize modern 3D planning tools to bring customers' kitchen visions to life.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to contract closing.
• Handle quotations, objections, contract finalization, and project coordination.
• Develop and present individual kitchen designs that meet customer aspirations.
• Ensure seamless delivery, installation, and invoice control for kitchen projects.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen sales and planning.
• Solid understanding of kitchen technology, design principles, and current industry trends.
• Proficiency with professional kitchen planning software (e.g., KPS, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• A professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and an independent, results-oriented work approach.
• A keen eye for current kitchen trends and a creative flair for design implementation.
