About the opportunity
Kinergy is Origin's global load-flexibility and VPP orchestration platform, helping energy retailers and traders turn distributed energy resources and flexible load into real market value across international applications.
We're looking for a Senior Client Delivery Manager to manage the delivery and ongoing operation of energy flexibility programs for large-scale and strategic clients. Working across international clients, engineering teams and industry partners, you'll deliver technology that makes a real impact on the energy transition.
How you'll make an impact
- Capture and document client business and functional requirements through workshops and discovery sessions with clients, internal teams and third party stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into clear outcomes for engineering teams, confirming scope and surfacing gaps, assumptions and dependencies.
- Own project plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery governance, managing risks and issues and escalating with judgement to keep programs on track.
- Report clearly and concisely to clients and internal leadership on progress, milestones, risks and budget.
- Coordinate solution integration, testing, training, go live and handover across clients, engineering and third parties.
- Establish and manage ongoing client support and operations post go live, including triage, SLAs, service reviews and performance against contract.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders, coordinating key delivery partners such as networks, meter providers and technology vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery and operations, identifying opportunities to add value for existing clients.
How you'll make an impact
You're an experienced delivery or program management professional who thrives on solving complex problems and providing outstanding client outcomes.
You'll also have:
- Experience delivering complex client, technology or digital transformation programs end to end.
- Strong project or program management and business analysis skills, including requirements, planning, risk and delivery governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the presence to hold a room of senior stakeholders.
- The ability to work fluently across technical and non-technical teams, and to coordinate clients and third party partners.
- A proactive, customer focused approach in a fast paced, ambiguous environment.
- Energy industry experience and a project/program or business analysis certification, desirable.
