Job Description Must Have Skills:

• Strong experiencewith SRE and New Relic for monitoring and log analysis
• Understanding ofIAM, security protocols, and authentication flows
• Understanding ofJava (debugging, minor enhancements)
• Experience withKubernetes and containerized environments
• Hands-onexperience with mTLS, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML
• Familiarity withCodefresh and GitHub Actions for CI/CD

Nice to Have Skills: Detailed Job Description:

• Provide Level 2 support for IAMplatforms including Ping AM (Access Management) and ForgeRock stack
• Monitor, triage, and resolve productionissues related to authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle
• Investigate issues using monitoringtools like Splunk and New Relic
• Support Kubernetes-based deploymentsand containerized IAM workloads
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines usingCodefresh and GitHub Actions
• Work with Incapsula (Imperva WAF) fortraffic filtering, security rules, and troubleshooting
• Perform Java-based debugging and minorcode enhancements
• Participate in incident management,RCA, and problem management
• Collaborate with security and infrastructureteams to ensure compliance with security best practices
• Support release deployments andenvironment stability across Dev/Test/Prod
