Job Description

Position Summary

Seeking a junior-to-mid level (2–5 years) resource with experience in Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint to support a “keep-the-lights-on” function during a planned ERP migration over the next 1–2 years.

This is not a highly specialized role—the team is prioritizing someone who understands the platform at a functional level and is trainable, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a system admin capacity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint
  • Perform light system administration tasks, including:
    • User provisioning and access management
    • Role setup and security controls
    • Basic configuration support
  • Assist finance/accounting users with system-related needs
  • Help maintain system stability during ERP transition
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint
  • Background can be:
    • Systems/ERP support or
    • Accounting/Finance user with strong system aptitude
  • General understanding of:
    • Project accounting concepts
    • Financial workflows within Deltek
  • Comfortable picking up new responsibilities and learning on the job
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or consulting environments
  • Exposure to ERP migrations or system transitions

Additional Notes

  • This role is intentionally being kept low-profile internally due to the upcoming ERP transition
