TS Recruitment are recruiting for a Project Manager in the Nottingham area to work on facilities management both planned and reactive works on commercial buildings Benefits Competitive basic salary<br />Car allowance or company car<br />37.5 hour working week<br />3% employer and 5% employee pension contributions<br />28 days annual leave including bank holidays<br />Additional paid leave over Christmas<br />Laptop and mobile phone Job Role &amp; Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Oversee facilities management projects on commercial buildings<br />Work could include planned and reactive maintenance such as re roofs, toilet repairs, window replacements, floor levelling, kitchens and more<br />Attend site visits<br />Lead projects form precontracts to completion<br />Oversee quality control and health and safety<br />Commercially aware to ensure projects are completed within budget<br />Manage contractors and direct staff<br />Manage the client relationship and maximise opportunities<br />Complete progress reports<br />Reporting into the head of facilities management<br />Company Details Regional facilities management contractor<br />Work on commercial projects such as pubs and restaurants<br />Long established stable business<br />Knowledge/Experience:
