The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• Assume the role of "Operations Manager (HWK)" overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily planning.
• Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and process incoming orders efficiently.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of experience as a Master Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Builder.
• Willingness to obtain or already possess the "Operations Manager (HWK)" qualification.
• A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering trust and collaboration.
