Software Developer - Full Stack

Location: Minnesota - Texas - Colorado (Remote)

Role Overview

This role involves the design, development, and modernization of enterprise web applications to deliver scalable and user-centric digital experiences. The position requires participation in the full software development lifecycle, from inception to delivery, with significant collaboration across product teams and stakeholders to define requirements and contribute to the end objective. The candidate will develop a web application for a lending product and participate in all agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Lead frontend architecture, conduct technical design reviews, and implement reusable UI components and design systems.
• Guide, mentor, and coordinate offshore development teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions.
• Lead UI design discussions and provide technical feasibility assessments.
• Present UI solutions and feature demonstrations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Establish and maintain automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis to improve application stability and user experience.

Required Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of overall experience is required.

Technical Skills: A minimum of 6 years of experience with the following technologies: React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Python, JSON, AJAX, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS, SASS, and Axios.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud technologies (On-Premise or Azure).
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Jenkins CI/CD, and Webpack.
• Knowledge of BrowserStack, web service integration, Docker, and Kubernetes.
