This is a customer-facing role where you will help manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. You do not need to be deeply technical, but you will need sufficient understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially across core Salesforce clouds and Marketing Cloud, to follow project conversations, understand different products, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

The right person will be highly organised, confident with stakeholders, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal delivery teams
  • Coordinate timelines, actions, risks, dependencies, and project deliverables
  • Help improve project governance, documentation, reporting, and delivery processes
  • Prepare clear project updates, meeting notes, status reports, and action plans
  • Run customer check-ins, internal meetings, and delivery conversations
  • Track project activity using tools such as Asana or similar project management platforms
  • Keep projects organised, customers informed, and actions moving forward
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, customer needs, and project scope updates
Experience
  • Experience in project coordination, project management, or customer-facing delivery roles
  • Exposure to Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Cloud
  • Strong communication skills and confidence dealing directly with customers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong organisation, documentation, and follow-up skills
  • A flexible and adaptable working style
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership
  • Experience using Asana or similar tools would be highly regarded
  • Full working rights in Australia
Why you should apply
  • Great opportunity to grow your project management career
  • Work across a variety of customer projects, implementation work, and strategic accounts
  • Hybrid working model with work-from-home flexibility
  • Professional development support, including paid training and industry certifications
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture
  • Volunteering leave, team social events, and a dog-friendly office

You must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role
