Position: Disaster Recovery IT Consultant I
Location: This role is fully remote, but candidates must be near one of the offices Providence RI, Allentown PA, or BOC in KY.

Job Description:
Purpose:

• Provide operational and documentation support for the Disaster Recovery Program through recovery plan development, testing coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, and ServiceNow BCM administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain DR Plans, Runbooks, and Test Plans.
• Update and maintain ServiceNow BCM records and recovery inventories.
• Coordinate meetings, testing schedules, and evidence collection activities.
• Track remediation actions, risks, and compliance metrics.
• Assist with audit evidence preparation and reporting.
• Perform CMDB validation and data quality analysis.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of IT, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Governance experience.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365 preferred.
• Familiarity with DR concepts, infrastructure, cloud, and application environments.

Pay Range: $55- $60/hr. W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
