Job Title: Signature Reduction Specialist Position Type: Direct Hire Salary: $120,000 annually Location: Onsite Years of Experience: 8+ years About the Opportunity LaunchCode has partnered with a government contractor supporting critical national
security missions to identify an experienced Signature Reduction Specialist. This role
supports identity management, operational security, and mission readiness efforts within a
highly classified environment. The ideal candidate has experience supporting Department
of Defense or Intelligence Community programs, developing operational policies and
procedures, and maintaining compliance with Identity Data Management (IdDM)
requirements. What You'll Do • Develop, review, process, and execute Identity Data Management (IdDM) plans, policies, directives, and supporting documentation • Maintain and update IdDM plans to support current and future operational requirements • Prepare and deliver IdDM training to improve mission readiness • Perform organizational, individual, and operational due diligence in accordance with DoD policies • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of IdDM tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) • Respond to IdDM requirements and taskings while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders • Manage the daily administration of IdDM Operational Security activities • Maintain accountability for IdDM program materials, including issuance, tracking, inventory, recovery, and turn-in • Manage cover registry requirements and maintain records within USD(I&S) systems Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience • 8+ years of experience supporting operational security, identity management, security operations, or related programs , • Experience developing policies, procedures, training materials, and program documentation • Experience supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community environments • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting Identity Data Management (IdDM) programs • Familiarity with operational security (OPSEC) principles and signature reduction programs • Experience managing classified records, inventories, and accountability processes • Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple organizations Additional Information • This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. • Position is 100% onsite in a classified environment. • Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph to be considered. • Due to the nature of this work, U.S. Citizenship is required.
