Job Description

Data & Integrations Lead
6+ Months
Hybrid / Chiago, IL

Role Summary
The Data & Integrations Lead owns the design, build, and validation of data migration, data quality, and system integration work for the Dynamic DSM Data Tracking System. This role is central to ensuring accurate, timely data flow between Dynamics 365, PowerPlatform components, Azure services, and existing systems of record. The role requires hands-on technical leadership as well as the ability to work directly with internal IT and security teams to navigate third-party access and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead end-to-end design and execution of data migration strategy (legacy data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and load into Dynamics 365)
·        Design, build, and test system integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and source systems
·        Define and enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and reconciliation processes prior to and during UAT
·        Partner with the Integration Architect and Config Lead to ensure data models align with program requirements and downstream reporting needs
·        Serve as the primary technical point of contact for IT/security teams on data access, credentialing, and integration environment provisioning
·        Support cutover planning, including data freeze windows, final migration runs, and go-live data validation
·        Produce and maintain technical documentation: data mapping specs, integration design documents, and data quality reports
·        Identify and escalate data or integration risks early, given the compressed timeline and December holiday blackout period
·        Participate in daily/weekly project standups and status reporting to PMO.

Required Qualifications

·        5+ years of experience in data migration and systems integration roles, ideally within utility, energy efficiency, or regulated industry programs
·        Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (PowerAutomate, Power BI, Dataverse)
·        Strong working knowledge of Azure services relevant to data integration (Azure DataFactory, Logic Apps, or similar)
·        Demonstrated experience designing and executing data migration/ETL processes at scale
·        Experience working within utility or energy efficiency program data environments (DSM/EE program tracking a strong plus)
·        Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, compressed-timeline delivery environment
·        Strong documentation habits and comfort producing artifacts for formal client governance/SOW deliverables
·        Eligible to pass client''''s third-party system access and security credentialing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

·        Familiarity with utility regulatory reporting requirements for energy efficiency programs
·        Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure Data Engineering

Work Arrangement Notes

·        On-site presence required at client facilities for integration of testing windows, security-governed access activities, and key stakeholder sessions
·        Must be available to support cutover activities around the January 1, 2027 go-live, including potential work outside standard hours during that window.
